Carolyn's Review of Her DVDs

  Mary (Jessica Biel) dreams she's playing basketball. Mary is dreaming that she's playing basketball. She falls and hurts her knee that had the surgery. Her dream wakes up Lucy, who asks if she is okay, and Mary tells her sister she's fine (I think she's lying) and to go back to sleep. The opening credits come up, and the theme song plays.   The following day, Mary is shooting nerf baskets in her room, while Lucy is in the closet talking on the phone with her best friend Suzanne (Rachel Crane), who moved in season one. Suzanne is coming to the house for homecoming weekend. Mary gets tired of listening to her sister yack and closes the closet door. Mary picks up her Wildcats basketball uniform and looks stressed. Eric and Ruthie are eating breakfast and reading the paper in the kitchen. Simon comes down with a solar system made out of Ruthie's doll heads.  (That's not in any way totally creeptastic).  He tells Ruthie and his father that his science teacher, M

  The Camden Family are out for lunch. Pictured are Lucy (Beverly Mitchell) and Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman) . The entire family is having dinner at a restaurant because the owner gave Eric coupons for seven free meals. Ruthie is upset they don't give a toy with the meal, Mary is upset that Lucy took her sweater without asking, Matt and Simon keep hitting elbows since they both have them on the table. Ruthie is playing with the bottle of Hot Sauce, and it spills on Mary's sweater that Lucy is wearing. The waitress (Shelley Robertson) comes over to take their orders. There are no substitutions, and nothing included can be put on the side. This makes it hard for them to order since no one wants it the way it comes. The waitress looks at the coupons and tells them they can only have the blue plate special: liver and onions.  (Better them than me...YUCK)! The opening credits come up, and the theme song plays.   Lucy (Beverly Mitchell) just found out Jimmy and Ashley broke up.  Matt and Mary find Lucy and tell her that Jimmy Moon and Ashley broke up. Lucy has flashbacks of when she dated Jimmy (the flashbacks are in black and white) . Rod (Toran Caudell) finds Lucy and asks her if they are going out; she tells him she has to think about it.  The opening credits come up, and the theme song plays. Lucy returns to the house and hangs her stuff up near the door. She goes into the kitchen, where Annie is on the phone. Annie tells Lucy it's Grandpa. Annie tells Grandpa that Matt can pick him up and asks if Ginger is coming. Grandpa (Graham Jarvis) tells her that he and Ginger "hit a roadblock in our relationship." She tells him she has to go to the church to do marriage counseling with Eric (that is, they are counseling other couples as a couple) .  Ruthie comes into the kitchen and tells Annie she brought lizards home to be a pet.   Lou (Alan Fudge) coming over to speak with Rev. Camden (Stephen Collins) after church.  Church is out and Reverend Camden is greeting the parishoners.  Mary, Matt and Lucy are outside the church at a round table chatting. Mary tells them she will be back on the basketball team in another week and proclaims, "Coach Koper is the greatest!" Matt asks of what is he the greatest "jerk, nightmare, creep." Mary tells him he dislikes Koper because of his bad grades in English Lit. (Or maybe he hates him cause he's a jerk, nightmare and creep).  She tells her brother he needs to work a little harder. Mary leaves to the car, and Lucy tells Matt she's sick of hearing about Koper too. Matt thinks Mary has a crush on the coach.  Simon is in a hurry to leave so he can play golf, and shows his mom the club he has in his pants (because the pants have a hole in them) .   Dinner at the Camden's. Shown are Annie (Catherine Hicks) , Mary (Jessica Biel) , Lucy (Beverly Mitchell) , and Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman) .  The Camden's are eating dinner, and Simon tries to pull the table cloth out from under the table. He doesn't succeed but says he's getting closer. (I am thinking no one else in the family agrees).  The phone rings, and it's for Lucy. Annie asks Mary how Mary's rehab with Koper is going, and Mary tells her that Coach Koper told her she will be back on the team soon if she keeps up the work.  Simon tells his mother that his father might be late because aliens kidnapped him. Ruthie adds, "or he is picking up ice cream."  Eric comes in and tells the family Glen Oak Community Church could get on TV. He does not get the reaction he hoped for. Lucy returns and asks what she missed, and he replies, "Evidentally nothing." The opening credits come up, and the song plays. It is Friday. The phone rings. Annie has
