Carolyn's Review of Her DVDs

  The Colonel (Peter Graves)   The Colonel is at the Halpern House Rehabilitation Center talking to Annie. She tells him that Julie will need everyone's support. George (Sam Saletta) tells him that Julie is his sister, and they haven't even met. Julie (Deborah Raffin) comes down the stairs, ready to leave the rehab. Julie is scared to face her parents.  (I think the leaders of most countries would be scared to face The Colonel).  Eric is playing pool with Eddie King (Michael Cole), and Eric has won the game.  (Should a minister be betting)?  Eric is waiting to meet with the chief of police and Will Grayson, who was an undercover cop that "busted the Marillo family" about ten years ago." He has been in the witness protection program ever since. It has been about ten years. The police chief, Josh  (John Martin),   arrives with Will (William Katt) .   Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman) and Simon (David Gallagher) .  Simon is talking about being a catcher for baseball.  Simon tells Ruthie how he can crouch down all day as a catcher and then gets a cramp.  uthie is looking at her class directory.  imon asks Ruthie their phone number, and when she gets it wrong, he tells her the others in her class probably got theirs wrong too.  Ruthie: You don't know everything. Simon: Well, I know my phone number when someone asks for it. Ruthie: And still no one calls.   Oooh, dissed by the little sister)! Eric is at a job fair interviewing a man who is an ex-con.  ric tells him to come to the address he gave him tomorrow at 4:30 to meet some people. Annie is meeting with some people from the church, including Lou (Alan Fudge), at Chez Camden. Annie apologizes that Eric isn't there. She says they can pick a church treasurer without  Eric. They decide to temporarily make Annie the new treasurer. She accepts. Annie is in the kitchen making san

  Mary Camden (Jessica Biel) in detention Mary meets another high schooler named Camille (Keri Russell) while in detention for her tardiness.  Camille was in for smoking in the boys' locker room.  Camille invites her to the mall later that night.   (She sounds like a winner, Mary, go and have a fun time...NOT)!  She tells Mary they will have to get Mary's parents to loosen the reign.  Ruthie is bothering Annie to get a pet of her own, but Annie says no. Matt, Lucy, and Simon come home from school. Annie tells Lucy that her father wants to speak to her.  Lucy: Am I in trouble? Annie: Why do you guys always think you're in trouble if one of us wants to talk to you? Matt: Experience? A man named Tom (Paul Johansson) comes to the house. Annie knows him as he once worked as an associate preacher with Eric. Tom asks Eric if he has any associate pastor openings, and Eric tells him no.   Simon (David Gallagher) discusses Pre-K with Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman). Simon tells Ruthie not to cry when their mother drops her off, not to eat the counting food, and to use left-handed scissors. Ruthie must be allergic to coconut because Simon told her to stay away from it.  (Why is Ruthie just starting school in February)? Annie comes in to tuck Ruthie in. Annie:  Where does the time go?  (Gee, I wonder who will be the one to cry tomorrow).  Matt comes into Mary and Lucy's room. He wants to ensure that Mary turned Michael Towner down, which she did.  After Eric took them out for dinner, Eric and Lucy brought Lucy's friend Suzanne (Rachel Crane) home. Suzanne forgot her Science notebook, so Eric let her drop it off. Eric: But that's it. No catching up on the events of each other's lives during the past four minutes. I'd like to get home before Ruthie has to leave for school in the morning.  Suzanne remembered she had forgotten it and ran to Eric's car.
