Annie comes in and is upset that Robbie made breakfast for her family. He offers to babysit until Matt arrives if that is why Matt is coming. She says she doesn't know why Matt is coming and goes upstairs. Annie goes to her bedroom and asks Eric who they would get to babysit Sam and David. He says, Lucy or Simon. She asks what if there is an emergency and who else they would ask in the house. He says since Ruthie is too young, he would ask Robbie. Annie becomes upset and says that Robbie is "just a border" and you never leave your kids with someone who is "just the border." (So, she said someone in the house, and clarified Lucy and Simon are not options, does that mean she thinks Ruthie is old enough or that she would rather have Sam and David stay home alone than with "th

Matt is upset with the kids that he sees Simon with, and when he gets out of the car, he is also upset at the music they are listening to. Simon tells him it's rap. John: No, no. That's not rap. It's some kind of provision of rap. In fact, I think it's an insult to the African-American community for you to call that rap. So, don't look at me, Simon.  Simon tells his older brother, that he has no say in who Simon hangs out with, or what type of music Simon listens to.  Simon puts his hat back on and rejoins his friends.   Rev Camden (Stephen Collins) prays. Reverend Camden preaches about forgiveness. While he is preaching the congregation gossips about what happened to Mary Camden. Rumors fly that she was drinking, got pregnant, and was even "drinking and driving in the nude. (His sermon must be rather boring if the entire congregation is talking during it).  Eric prays.  Mrs. Beeker (Edie McClurg) : It's just another case of a good girl gone bad. Eric (done with prayer) : Amen. The opening credits come up and the theme song plays.  After church, Eric and Annie are talking in his office. According to Annie, Mary has been gone for a week. Eric is feeling guilty for not seeing how much trouble Mary was in sooner. Annie tells him to stop beating himself up and be glad they have a supportive community. Just then they hear Mrs . Beeker and another woman discussing the possibility that Mary may have been pregnant and that's why they got her out of town so fast. Eric and Annie are shocked at
